Welcome to the new Palmer Clan News

It has become apparent to me, that there is a bottleneck in the publication of news for the Palmer Clan – that would be me. In order to reduce the size of this bottleneck, I’ve decided to move the Palmer Clan to a new “blog” format. That’s short for “web log” if you haven’t heard of them before. Hopefully this will enable me to get content up faster.

This new system allows you to add your own comments once a contributing author (right now that just me), posts a story.

The fun thing is that more than one person can be a contributing author using this system, so if you want info on how to do that, email me!
This part of the website is hosted by a friend of mine on his home computer.

This is a great improvement! See how we can virtually chat at the drop of a hat!
Theo is either trying to take down the table or climb up to play sesame street on the computer so I had better go…

I can’t believe you got a non-Palmer who hasn’t even been to Falmouth to agree to support this site – Good job, Don!

Tonight I have been conducting a study to determine whether mint chocolate chip ice cream can infact be mixed with butter pecan. Generally the answer is a resounding no, however the study was conducted with the added chocolate syrup dimension…my hypothesis is that the syrup can become the “glue” ,if you will, that binds the conflicting forces together. The results of my study are in and 100% of the participants agreed that chocolate syrup is in fact no “glue”. The resulting concoction is simply a sugary mess. Despite these findings all the participants in the study decided to eat it anyways.

Since I am a computer illiterate not only will I enjoy everyone’s comments but I will enjoy learning something new on line. Thank you, Don, to you and your obliging friend.

I think you should add the offical naval time clock to the web page because the palmer clan page is now my home page. http://www.time.gov/timezone.cgi?Eastern/d/-5/java

I didn’t get Alayna’s comment about never being Falmouth. I think she was there before.

Alayna was talking about Seth Bridges, the friend of mine who is hosting this new site format.
