Goals for the Week

• Danny and I are going to get the inferencer running on some trace data.
• I'm going to figure out how to do HMM's in Matlab for working with a simpler model.
• I'm going to revisualize the data given Marie's detective work.
• I'm going to create a hand model of intubation for future use.
• I'm going to grade the traces that we have for a reference.
