Goals for the Week

Last week:

• Danny and I got a simple model semantics running with the inference engine
• I finished the first coding of the entire precondition/postcondition model with timing
• I wrote the first draft of a model for the intubation procedure to feed to the pre/post inference engine.

This week:

• Revisualize the data with Marie's new tags
• Run the new data through the inference engine
• Debug the model, and inference engine in response
• See how well the engine sorts the performance of the doctors
• Put together my UBICOMP talk
• Figure out how to do HMM's in Matlab

Following week:

• UBCOMP travel

Following following week:

• State estimation retreat
